A true redemption after six years. it looks nothing like what I remembered. Came in here late last night for a meal with friends after Fight Night at the Tech. The place was packed to the gills. I joined the waitlist (party of 3) and we were seated after 45 minutes. You order through the QR code and pay at the end. They push your ticket out instantly. Our server came by within literally 20 seconds of us ordering to tell my friend they were out of fresh noods. That's impressive. They definitely have their operations down. They have those robots to deliver drinks to the table which is a cute novelty, albeit lowkey unnecessary. I recalled in my Yelp review, from what I assume would be when they first opened six years ago, not liking their drinks so I went with the safest option a lemon soda. It was perfect. As for the food, I ordered the Hu Tieu Nam Vang and my friends had the pho dac biet. The Hu Tieu was a lot better than I had anticipated it to be. Balanced, warm, filling, plenty of meat. Wish they had flat rice noodles here. Meat was a bit tough. For a late-night spot, I'd come back.
Me and my girlfriend love this place!! Their portions are huge and the service is also great. Wait times are not long despite how busy it can be especially on Friday nights.
If this place is packed, don't trip! Be Patient & just wait your moment, the service her is fast & friendly. The great thing is people that come here especially after them Late Night Hrs are just here to get their fix then they are out Lots of parking, so no excuse to not check this place out. I think this was the first pho to have the "robot" server not sure, but this was the first place I seen it at & now they are everywhere Seafood Fried rice is a must try @ this place if that's your jam Besides that, basically whatever you decide to order, you will be satisfied & not disappointed. Don't forget to ask for the side of slivered onions
